37 yo Health male (6′- 162lbs) Presenting with Fainting, shortness of breath and palps.
Enlarged L and R Ventricles w/ norm sin function. 5.1 cm Aortic root with BAV and enlarged R atrium. 14.2 mL regurgitation at aortic valve. Function looks to be normal but patient still experiencing complications. Should surgery be recommended?
would definitely consider surgical consultation with BAV and aortic root >5.0 cm. Would recommend an experienced center.
