    I am currently taking Riociguat …with no effect. I have had pulmonary ballooning , unsuccessful it would seem .Drs at St Vincents in Sydney day they cannot do more to help me .
    I have CTEPH and I’m seeking another opinion as to whether I am a candidate for surgery or a transplant

      Seeking a second opinion would be reasonable. I would seek a group of physicians who specialize in pulmonary hypertension in your area and have your case reviewed by them.
