I am eager to re-active LV before much atrophy /distention if possible via 3 wire Pacemaker ??? Current Rx: Bicor 2.5 QD Ramipril 10mg QD and Minipress 5mg BID I really would prefer to be part of the next stem cell study e.g. Dr. Alain Bouchard
Generally speaking are meds the only course for me? Is it reasonable to place pacemaker?
After echocardiogram in April I received a copy of letter to my GP stating: in AF a rate of 128 bpm. Impaired systolic function with an ejection fraction of 40-45% and visually severe dilated atria. There was moderate MR and TR.
It might be appropriate to start ACE Inhibitor and a beta-blocker.
I would very much appreciate your views, do you agree?

I will be at Kirklin Clinic 12-09-25 for eval on TAVR for Aortic Valve. My hope is that my one stint can be re-medicated so as not to have another blockage. The stint was medicated when installedin and lasted for 17 years before having 90% blockage,two years ago. Recently was cleaned out again 80% blockage. Looking forward to my visit.Im ready to get back quality of life. See you soon and thank you in advance.
